Since being fired from Casino security by Thornton Duggan, Vincent has been working as a mall security guard for Rockford Plaza, which he views as a step down from his previous job at The Diamond. Once there, the player meets with Vincent. Lester directs the player to head over to Rockford Plaza to meet an ex-employee that they've met before to receive information on security within the Casino.
